Pro is sold through Freemius, so your account lives in Freemius's customer portal. Sign in there with the email you bought or started the trial with.
Can't get in, or need a hand with something here? Write to the address at the foot of the page.

Everything about your licence
- Download the latest Pro zip, and see your licence key.
- See which sites a licence is active on, and free one up to move it.
- Change plan — from one shop to five, or a trial to a licence.
- Update your card or billing details, and download invoices.
- Cancel a renewal. The licence runs to the end of the period already paid for.
