Try first

Pro has a 14-day free trial that needs no card. It is the full product, on your own shop, with your own data — the best way to find out whether it fits before any money changes hands.

Fourteen days

If you buy Pro and it does not work on your shop — a fault, or a problem we cannot solve for you — ask within fourteen days of the purchase and you get a full refund.

Write to the address at the foot of this page with the email you bought with, and say what went wrong. We will try to fix it first; if we cannot, the refund is issued.

Refunds are processed by Freemius, which sold the licence as merchant of record, back to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Renewals

A renewal is covered on the same terms, counted from the renewal date. If you would rather a licence simply did not renew, cancel it from your account before the renewal date; that stops the next payment and nothing more.

What a refund changes

A refunded licence ends, and Pro switches off on the site it was used on. The free plugin keeps working, and nothing it recorded is deleted.
