A profit figure built on missing costs is worse than no figure. Caltru measures its own blind spots and puts a number on them.

A profit figure built on missing costs is worse than no figure
So the plugin never quietly invents one. It measures its own blind spots and puts a number on them.
- Revenue at risk — how much of the last 90 days' revenue is standing on lines with no cost. This is the number that turns we should enter costs sometime into a decision.
- Gaps listed worst-first, ordered by how much profit each one is overstating, each with a box to type the answer into that saves without leaving the page.
- Catalogue completeness as a count and a percentage.
- Also flagged: costs above the selling price, and refunds with no sale behind them.
- Costs filled in after a sale are marked as estimates and can be excluded from every figure.
Every other tool in this category treats a missing cost as a zero, which reports the product as a 100% margin — the best performer in the shop, arrived at by knowing nothing about it.
Here, missing costs are their own headline number, ranked by how much profit each one is overstating, with the fix in reach on the same screen.
