What to order, how much, and the arithmetic in plain words

A Caltru Ledger Pro feature. From demand the ledger already holds and stock WooCommerce already knows — three groups, in the order a buyer works through them.

  • Each row shows last sold, a three-bucket history of the window, units per day, the sales trend, stock, days of cover left, the target, and the quantity to order.
  • ABC classification by cumulative revenue share (top 80% / next 15% / rest), computed across the whole catalogue before any row is built, so filtering the list never moves a product between classes.
  • Sales trend — recent rate against the baseline, weighted, and clamped between 0.75× and 1.5× so one busy fortnight cannot triple an order. Applied only where there are enough sales for an average to mean anything; below that it is shown but marked unused.
  • Overstock flag — far more on hand than the forecast wants, and nothing sold for a third of the window. Reported, never acted on.
  • Demand is net of refunds: a returned unit is back on the shelf and does not need ordering again.
  • Variations sharing a parent's stock are folded into one row, and the stock counted once, not once per variation.
  • Products that do not track stock are excluded and counted — there is no quantity to compare a forecast to.
  • Search, ABC filter, sorting within a group, and CSV export that honours the filters.

The slow-mover cap sits deliberately above the class rule. An expensive product can be class A on revenue while selling twice a quarter, and stocking it deeply is how stock expires.

Every quantity on the screen is shown with the sum that produced it. A number a buyer cannot check is a number a buyer will override.
