Caltru

Before you buy

Deliberately not included

Worth knowing so nobody promises it. A tool that reports honestly has to be sold honestly.

A product whose argument is it tells you when it does not know cannot have a marketing page that implies it knows everything.

Two lists follow. The first is scope — things deliberately left out, each with the reason. The second is the current state of the build: real gaps, listed for the people who need them.

  • Suppliers, purchase orders and goods receipts

Pro's planner says what to order; it does not place or track orders. Lead time is one global setting, not per supplier.

  • Landed cost

Freight, duty and handling are not folded into unit cost.

  • Weighted-average or FIFO costing

    Costs are static per product.

  • Fixed costs — rent, salaries, advertising

Net profit takes off the cost of goods, delivery and payment fees, not overheads. Fixed costs are coming to Pro.

  • Multi-currency

Order currency is recorded, but figures are summed as one currency.

  • Stock value and ageing reports

Inventory value is planned for Pro.

  • Forecasting beyond the replenishment trend

  • Alerts and scheduled emails

A weekly report and alerts are planned for Pro.

  • Clearing a cost from a spreadsheet

A blank cell means leave alone.

  • Limits or locked features in the free plugin

Nothing in Free is capped, greyed out or held back, and nothing ever moves from Free to Pro. On its own screens Free mentions Pro in at most one line, which can be dismissed for good, and never once Pro is installed.

Stop finding out when a customer does.

What to order, how many, and the arithmetic behind it — inside the WooCommerce admin you already use.

Not an ERP and not a purchasing suite. Caltru works out what to order; placing the order stays with you. What's deliberately not included
