Operation Queries Time
Whole dashboard, 12 months — 39 ms
Product list, 100 rows 3 42 ms
Replenishment screen (Pro) 3 21 ms
Full re-aggregation, 731 days — 0.7 s
Added to a checkout 47 4.4 ms
The acceptance criterion for the dashboard was two seconds. The query counts matter more than the milliseconds, and two tests exist purely to keep them honest — a change that turns three queries into three hundred fails the build before anyone notices the page got slower.
