Who you are dealing with
Caltru Ledger and Caltru Ledger Pro are made and supported by MB Digital Acid, Lithuania. Write to the address at the foot of every page.
Pro licences are sold by Freemius, which acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits VAT, and manages renewals and cancellations. The checkout shows Freemius’s own end-user licence agreement, which these terms sit alongside.
The software
Both plugins are licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later, as WordPress plugins must be. That licence governs the code itself, and nothing on this page reduces the rights it gives you.
The free plugin
Caltru Ledger is free, has no product limit and does not expire. It needs no account and no licence, and it keeps working whether or not you ever buy Pro.
What a Pro licence gives you
Caltru Ledger Pro is an add-on that runs on top of the free plugin. A licence gives you, for the period it covers:
- Pro’s features on the number of sites the licence names — today stock replenishment, and the Pro features added while the licence is active.
- Updates, delivered inside the WordPress admin.
- Support by email.
Staging, development and local copies of a site do not count against the number of sites. A licence can be moved from one site to another from your account.
Annual licences renew automatically at the price you bought at, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling is done from your account and stops the next renewal; the licence runs to the end of the period already paid for.
A founding member licence is paid once and covers one site for the life of the product, with no renewals.
The free trial
Pro can be tried for 14 days without a card. A trial gives you everything a licence does. When it ends, Pro switches off unless a licence has been bought.
When a licence or trial ends
Pro needs an active licence or trial to run. When a paid licence ends, Pro keeps running for seven more days and then switches off; a trial switches off the day it ends. Either way:
- the free plugin keeps working, with every figure it has recorded;
- nothing is deleted — Pro’s settings stay where they are;
- buying or renewing a licence brings Pro straight back.
What is not promised
The plugins report on data your shop already holds. They cannot correct data that was wrong before it arrived, and figures derived from missing costs are reported as gaps rather than guessed at. A reorder quantity is a suggestion worked out from your own sales; the decision to order stays yours.
The software is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits the rights consumer law gives you.

Material changes to these terms are announced on this page before they take effect. The date at the top is the last time it changed.
